The reservation policy of the hotel is that all reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Full pre-payment (room and tax) will be charged fourteen (14) days prior to arrival. Cancellations must be made within fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date to avoid losing the room deposit.
