Members: First attendee pays $2200, 2nd attendee or more from the same company pays only pay $1800.
Nonmembers: First attendee pays $2800, 2nd attendee or more from the same company pays only pay $2400.
The registration fee includes the following:
Monday, November 10: evening welcome reception with beverages and appetizers
Tuesday: breakfast, lunch, AM/PM breaks, evening reception
Wednesday: breakfast, lunch, AM/PM breaks
Thursday: breakfast and AM break
