All levels of Consortium membership include:

1. Participant / Participant Plus

Open to companies of any size wishing to participate in Consortium activities at the operational level (program teams).

• Participant members are eligible for one on-site briefing/workshop per year at a discounted member rate.
• Participant members are invited to attend the Executive Summit at a discounted member rate.
• Participant members can identify two participants for the Consortium's Program team(s).

2. Sponsor

Open to companies of any size wishing to participate in Consortium activities at both operational and executive/strategic levels. Sponsors are often early adopters of the methodologies and have influence over the definition and development of the concepts.

• Sponsors identify one executive to be included in Executive level conversations (with other Consortium member executives) about key strategic issues and insights.
• The Executive Participants are eligible for one on-site briefing/workshop per year.
• Sponsor membership includes one seat at the Consortium Executive Summit.
• Sponsor members can identify two primary participants (and two alternates) for the Consortium's Program Teams.

3. Benefactor

Intended for Fortune 500 companies with multiple divisions for whom the work of the Consortium is relevant and who would like to have multiple people participating in both the strategic and operational levels of the work. Benefactors are often the early adopters of the methodologies and have significant influence over the definition and development of the concepts.

• Benefactors identify two executives to be included in Executive level conversations (with other Consortium member executives) about key strategic issues and insights.
• The Executive Participants are eligible for two on-site briefings/workshops per year.
• Benefactor membership includes two (2) seats at the Consortium Executive Summit.
• Unlimited participation in the Consortium's Program Teams.
• In the first year as a Benefactor member, the company is entitled to an Opportunity Assessment. This assessment will provide a comparison of the current practices within the company and the Consortium's models for knowledge management, automated problem reporting (using the exchange standards) and customer engagement/interaction models. The assessment is conducted by a Consortium staff member through on-site interviews and a review of available reports and performance metrics. The deliverable from the assessment will identify areas that are aligned to the principles and practices as well as specific areas where there are opportunities to improve the operational effectiveness and efficiencies of the organization.
