This team is focused on knowledge sharing and collaboration across organizational boundaries. The members are divided into two sub-teams. The Business Issues team will, in 2006, concentrate on cross vendor collaboration earlier in the problem solving process and new ways to think about the relationship model (IP, entitlement and financial). The Technical team is defining the standards, API’s, ways to share knowledge indexes and integration into the support agents' tools.
